1. Alpha Nature: LifeBrarian is currently in a private Alpha state. Use is provided "as-is" for testing and feedback purposes.

2. Intellectual Property: The "LifeBrarian" name, logo, and the specific "Verified Ledger" architecture are the exclusive property of the founder.

3. Limitation of Liability: While we strive for absolute data integrity through our HMAC-signed ledger system, we are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions during this early development phase.

4. Acceptable Use: Users agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer or "stress-test" the Alpha infrastructure without prior written consent.
